Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Blenddo IT. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before engaging with us.
1. Services
Blenddo IT offers graphic design services including, but not limited to, logo design, brand identity, marketing materials, web design, and social media graphics. All services will be provided as per the client’s brief and requirements agreed upon prior to starting the project.
2. Pricing and Payment
Quotes: All prices are quoted based on the scope of the project. Prices are subject to change based on additional requests or modifications.
Payment Terms: A deposit of 70% is required to commence work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to the release of final files.
Late Payments: Payments not received within 1 Day of the invoice due date may incur a late fee of 20% per day.
3. Revisions and Approval
Blenddo IT offers 5000+ revisions on each project. Additional revisions will be billed at the hourly rate of 100USD.
Upon final approval, no further changes can be made without additional charges.
4. Intellectual Property
Client Rights: Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership of the final design and all related files.
Blenddo IT Rights: We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio or for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Turnaround Time
Turnaround times vary based on the complexity of the project. Specific timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before the start of the project. Any delay in client feedback or approval may extend the timeline.
6. Cancellation Policy
If the client cancels the project after work has commenced, the client will be billed for the work completed up to the cancellation date. Deposits are non-refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability
Blenddo IT is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, profit, or business arising from the use of our services.
8. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all projects and will not share any project details with third parties without the client’s consent.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Savar Asulia Zirabo, 1349 Depz Road, Nischintapur.
10. Amendments
Blenddo IT reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
